Challenge
Cygni Energy relied heavily on manual site visits, offline data collection, and consultant-led quotations for solar assessments, which increased operational effort and slowed customer acquisition. The company also needed a mobile solution for monitoring smart batteries, supporting field engineers, tracking installations, and accessing real-time battery health data through Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE).
Solution
Seasia Infotech developed a connected solar and battery management ecosystem comprising a customer-facing solar mobile app, centralized admin panel, and BLE-enabled battery monitoring application. The solar app enabled feasibility checks, rooftop image uploads, survey requests, proposals, payments, and installation tracking. The battery app connected with smart battery packs through BLE and provided real-time insights into State of Charge (SoC), State of Health (SoH), voltage, current, temperature, power, and charge/discharge cycles.
Results
The solution helped Cygni Energy streamline solar customer onboarding, reduce dependency on manual processes, improve installation visibility, and centralize operational workflows. Real-time battery monitoring also enabled faster diagnostics and improved visibility into battery performance for customers and service teams.
