1. Introduction
upzency is an online listing platform designed to help Agencies showcase their service packages and allow Clients to browse and connect with Agencies directly. We do not facilitate or participate in actual transactions, service delivery, or agreements between users. All engagements, service delivery, and payments occur directly between Clients and Agencies, outside the upzency Platform.
1.1 Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
- Agency: Any registered business or individual offering services by publishing packages or profiles on the Platform.
- Client: Any user browsing service packages, agency profiles, or contacting Agencies through the Platform.
- Listing: A publicly visible agency profile, case study, or service package created and published by an Agency.
- User: Any individual or entity using the Platform, whether as an Agency or Client.
- Platform: The website, tools, and features provided through .
2. Platform Role and Limitations of Responsibility
upzency is a friendly space where Agencies can showcase their service packages and Clients can discover and connect with them easily. Our role is to help make those connections possible — but we don’t take part in any actual service work or business agreements between users.
2.1 Agency Verification & Approval
To join the platform, Agencies need to sign up with a valid email and verify it using a one-time code. Once verified, they can build their public profile by sharing:
- Agency name, website URL, and official work email
- Tagline, slogan, logo, and detailed descriptions
- Year established, operational parameters, and physical location details
- Service taxonomies, capabilities, and industry focus
- Case studies, portfolio items, and itemized service packages
We do a quick check to make sure the details match up with what's publicly available (like the agency’s domain or branding). But just a heads-up — we don’t run deep background checks or verify business licenses.
2.2 What We Don’t Do
To keep things fair and open, here’s what upzency does not do:
- We don’t officially endorse or certify any agency or service
- We don’t get involved in project communication or contracts
- We don’t process payments between Clients and Agencies
- We don’t guarantee results, service quality, or client satisfaction
- We don’t mediate disputes or step in if something goes wrong
We also reserve the right to remove listings or content that we find misleading, low quality, or inappropriate — we want to keep the platform helpful and trustworthy for everyone.
2.3 A Quick Disclaimer
While we do our best to make the platform reliable and safe, upzency isn’t part of any agreements, payments, or service outcomes. Everything happens directly between Clients and Agencies. We encourage everyone to do their own research before making any decisions.
2.4 Fair Use of Public Agency Information
Some agency profiles on upzency may be created using publicly available information from business directories, websites, and other open data sources. This content is published for informational and discovery purposes only, in accordance with fair use principles.
We do not claim ownership of any third-party content displayed in unclaimed profiles, such as logos, descriptions, or external links. The goal is to help users find relevant service providers more easily.
If you are the rightful owner of an agency profile, you may claim your profile from the agency profile page to update, manage, or request removal of the information.
3. Agency & Package Listing Policy
Our platform lists both Agencies and their Service Packages to help Clients discover reliable, verified, and active partners. We maintain transparency and fairness in how listings are displayed and how Clients can engage with Agencies.
3.1 Listing Rules
To ensure clarity and trust for all users, every Agency and Service Package listing must be:
- Accurate: Keep all pricing, service details, deliverables, and availability current and factual.
- Honest: Avoid false claims, exaggerated results, or misleading information.
- Professional: Use clear, client-friendly language that sets correct expectations.
A typical Service Package should include the following information:
- Package title and short tagline
- Pricing structure (Fixed, Range, Monthly, Yearly) and included deliverables
- Main and sub-service categories
- Key features, technology stack, and scope
- Duration or expected timeline
3.2 Listing Order & Visibility
Agency and package listings are displayed based on a Profile Strength Score — a dynamic ranking system that reflects profile completeness, engagement, and credibility. This ensures that active, verified, and well-detailed agencies gain fair visibility within their categories.
Ranking factors include both profile and listing-related criteria, such as:
- Verified agency status
- Description quality, word count, completeness, and use of human-written, plagiarism-free content
- Operational profile details
- Number of active packages and service categories offered
- Presence and detail of published case studies or portfolio deliverables
- Industry and service diversity
- Profile logo, branding, and location completeness
- Recent updates, profile activity, and engagement
Agencies with stronger profiles may appear higher within their category or search results to help Clients discover active and trustworthy partners more easily.
We do not sell guaranteed top placements or permanent front-page visibility.
Sponsored listings, when offered, will appear in a separate highlighted section at the top of relevant pages and are clearly marked as "Ad", "Sponsored", or "Promoted" to distinguish them from organic results.
3.3 Client Inquiries & Contact
Clients can either visit an Agency’s official website directly through our platform links or contact the Agency via email sent to their verified domain-based address. This ensures inquiries reach the authentic business representative and maintains communication transparency.
Responding to client inquiries is always free — Agencies are never charged for receiving messages or leads.
4. Sponsored Ads and Promotions
You may see third-party advertisements or sponsored content across various parts of the website. This includes (but is not limited to) category pages, the homepage, search results, or even inline placements within the list of service packages.
- Clearly marked and easy to identify: All sponsored content is clearly labeled with tags such as "Ad", "Sponsored," or "Promoted." This ensures users can easily distinguish promotional placements from agency package listings or any other platform content.
- Advertising transparency: While advertisements may appear on various parts of the site, they do not influence how agencies profile or service packages are listed or displayed in organic marketplace search results.
5. Third-Party Services
To keep things running smoothly and securely, upzency works with a few trusted third-party providers.
- Google Analytics: Helps us understand how visitors use the platform so we can keep improving it.
- Google reCAPTCHA: Protects forms from spam and bots.
- Cloudflare: Provides security (including DDoS protection), performance optimization, and content delivery services. Your requests may be routed through Cloudflare servers, which process technical data under their Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers
The platform is provided "as-is" and "as-available." We do not guarantee service outcomes, agency accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. All business engagements take place directly between Clients and Agencies outside of upzency.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, upzency, its operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Platform.
In any event, our total aggregate liability for any claims shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us for services in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Privacy, Data Usage, Hosting & Communication
